Hi, I'm Jan Tommy Gustavsen Zonneveld, an IT operations specialist and cloud enthusiast from Norway.
I work in IKT Agder with user support and Microsoft 365 platforms for several municipalities. My daily work includes troubleshooting, identity and access management in Entra ID, and close collaboration with operations and platform teams to keep services stable and secure.
I have a higher vocational degree in IT operations (120 ECTS, level 5.2) with top grades in Microsoft 365, Linux, automation with PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code, security and ethical hacking. I enjoy automating repetitive work, improving documentation, and using AI assistants and Azure AI Search to make knowledge easier to find.
Over the years I have also worked as a teacher assistant in Infrastructure as Code, fiber technician, PC/mobile repair technician and B2B advisor. This gives me a strong practical understanding, good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple way.
